I’m a member. I’m so glad you’re making these videos!
IT LOOKS GREAT I LIKE 👍 IT
These cars are nicely detailed. Congratulations to the Club, Kevin Davis and the Modular Layout Group for making the Boat Carrier Car. 👍The lash-up of tank cars is impressive. 👍The Lionel 2023 box cars have a nostalgic charm. 👍And the Race Cars in the fitted Aquarium model train is fantastic. Cool! 😎Wow!
Nice product
This is the guy I collect hawthorn village trains and I bought a 2013 personal car that had this couple on it the car had to be repaired and now to persevere it and run again wish I could sit down with this man and let him see his car running again
👍
It was Tom who got me interested in lionel. Still at it 31 years later.
):29 I see myy Lackawanna engine and the silver passenger cars that were pulled by a New York Central pair of diesels in the background. My father's amazing Christmas displays including a Lionel smoking Pennsylvania RR steam engine that was from 1949, the year I was born. AND THE BUMPER CAR Now the trains are split up among me, my brother, and my two sisters. Such wonderful memories. Thank you
Every year in my home town of Sheboygan, Wisconsin the H.C. Prange Company had one of Lionel's dealer displays. I am suure Ibwatched this one for hours!
Another great layout with equally great videography and narration! Thanks Larry and Ed
Awesome layout! The video was done very well. Thanks for posting.
Everytime I visit Larry's layout is like going to Disneyland! It never gets old; always something new to see and enjoy. Thanks for the well done video!
Nice Railroad.I have around 45 switches on my layout
I Like This. Its A Great Layout, And A Great Story. Larry Sounds Like A Great Guy.
Great! 👍👍
Hi from Michigan • very nice 👍
Yes, D 291 brings me back to my love for Lionel trains. What a dream layout! Thank you for your careful preservation to this priceless part of history!!
Super O track!
What is this? Planet of the Apes with trains?
What camera are you using to get those shots from the front of the train?
What dealer layout did they use on the Addams family TV show
Very Nice !
I think the first place i saw a large store Christmas layout I think it was at the Woolworth store in Oakpark Illinois. My grandma and I always went there during the Christmas season. Alwsys had a good time stayed with grandma. Have a blessed weekend everyone
Sportsman’s, Storm Lake, Iowa ran a layout every Christmas. Earliest I most likely would remember would be 1952 or 1953. Got my train from there in 1954. Still have it, but have not set it up to run in over 20 years. Have the original transformer and unhooking track section!
"Once you pass it's borders ,you can never return, but you can! Thanks for the memories!Nesubscriber.
The wounder years of Lionel!! Post war years are great! TU
Looks amazing!
Just found your channel, very cool!
Very nice restoration, was wondering if you got the lower "main" track to operate two trains as per the directions included with the layout? regards Rob W.
Finally, he had to remortgage his home to finish the project.
Very nice
Wonderfully constructed! Brings back memories with the traditional nostalgia from the golden ages of Lionel
Merry Christmas to everyone!!!
Excellent job I love it.
Merry Christmas to both of you. Plus the #4014 BIG BOY will be under my Christmas tree Monday morning. Santa sent me a hint.
Happy Thanksgiving Mark and Sharon. It came out every well......anxious for the Christmas one with Sharon!!!
Another great job Ed...Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!! I took the cover off my layout last evening and next weekend I will start getting it all ready for the season
You too Mark
Fantasitc job as usual Ed!!!! See you in April!!!
Was the Standard Gauge layout seen in the video made by the LCCA? I'm in awe of how the builder used Erector Set pieces to construct accessories such as the lamp post, beacon tower, switch tower shack, and windmill. How were the light bulbs illuminated on the windmill blades and the lamp post?🙂
As a member, I like that you shared this year's Club's trains on sale from the LCCA Store. Now, seeing the consist rolling on the track, I have more appreciation, which is fantastic to see in action. I enjoyed the video and was thrilled to watch our Club's participation and display at the TCA Eastern Division Expo in York, PA.🙂
Great job Ed! York is the best!
Great job on this video! It reminds us of what a wonderful time we had at this convention.
I could not attend, but from what I gather Lionel rolled out the red carpet, and put on a first class event, what else would you expect from a first class company such as Lionel! Proud to be a LCCA member.
Nice video and great time.
GReat video.....see you soon Roomie....I am bringing a large capacity flash drive for the pictures.
Cool!
Looks like a great time! If you don't mind me asking, how much does it cost to attend a one week convention like that?
Ed, nice video of an amazing collection. Thanks for the video and sharing it with us. Hope all is well with you. 73, de KN8Q Joe in Michigan!
